Pricing
We currently provide Occupational Therapy to Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS Participants, as well as independently funded appointments. Kids Start Therapy adhere's to the NDIS Price Guide and charge at the standard hourly rate.
Occupational Therapy Services
Individual therapy sessions include 45min-1hr of intervention or parent coaching. 15-30min of administration duties (i.e. preparation and documentation) are charged separately. Telehealth appointments and liaising with external stakeholders are charged at the same hourly rate.
Your NDIS Plan covers the cost of up to 30min of your therapist's travel. Prices vary and will be added to the cost of your face-to-face appointment.
Cost of a Comprehensive Report is charged separately and vary based on the assessment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen and you cannot always attend appointments. Let us know at least 48hrs prior to the date of your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule your session. This is essential so we are able to offer your appointment to another child in need.

If you are unable to cancel or reschedule 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment, we will work with you to find alternative services we can provide instead (i.e. Telehealth appointment, create resources for your child, work on a report for your child, liaise with your other service providers, etc.). If none of these services are possible, a cancellation fee of up to 100% is applicable.
