A bit about us.
Kids Start Therapy is a mobile Occupational Therapy service on the Gold Coast who provides early intervention to children using a family-centered and evidence based approach. We support children who have various diagnoses such as:

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Global Developmental Delay (GDD)
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Intellectual Impairment
Down Syndrome
Depression
Anxiety
& Developmental Delays.

Our Occupational Therapists support your child within their natural environments to reach their self-care, cognitive, social-emotional, physical, sensory processing, and mental health goals.
We value parental collaboration, so our therapists work closely with parents and primary caregivers throughout the therapeutic journey and provide parent coaching as required.

How we work!
NDIS Support
We know how confusing and overwhelming the NDIS can be, but luckily we can help! Employees at Kids Start Therapy have previously worked with the Early Childhood Partner of the NDIS. This knowledge and experience has equipped us with the skillset required to support you along your NDIS journey.
We can assist by:
​
Determining your child's eligibility for the NDIS
Applying for access to the NDIS
Providing Supporting Evidence Documents (For access or building your child's NDIS plan)
Providing a yearly Progress Report to the NDIS, or as required
Answering questions related to your child's plan to get the most out of their funding.
